When you send a message through the contact form, we process the details you give us: name, e-mail address, subject and message.

When you visit the website, anonymous visitor statistics are kept without cookies. They show, for example, which pages are visited, but cannot identify you.

We use the details from the contact form to answer your message and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form.

We use the visitor statistics and technical error reports to improve the website and keep it secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working website.

The contact form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which verifies that a person is sending the message. The check starts when you begin filling in the form and uses technical details about your browser and your IP address, which are sent to Google. Google may transfer the data to countries outside the EU.

We never sell your data. The service providers who run the website and deliver e-mail from the form process the data on our behalf, under agreement and only for these purposes. Google receives the technical details for the spam check, as described above.

We keep the details from the contact form for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, and after that only for as long as the law requires.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have your data erased. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it and receive your data in a machine-readable format.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that has already taken place.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
